At the end of the day the bar is where the house gathers. Classic and signature cocktails with Patagonian spirits, Chilean and Peruvian piscos, gin and beers from the south — and a full mocktail list.
Behind it, a cellar focused on the Southern Cone: Maipo, Colchagua and Leyda, old-vine Itata, Mendoza and Gualtallary. To go with the table, or to stay on with a glass by the fire.

History
Fundo La Confluencia, with its 489 hectares, is one of the most beautiful estates in the region. Acquired by the company in 2007 from renowned conservationist Douglas Tompkins, it was enhanced with the construction of Uman Lodge — making it the first estate in Patagonia with a luxury hotel on its grounds.
